i'm dave, a self-taught welder. i started working with metal over 20 years ago training as a custom goldsmith and managing a jewelry store for a decade. metal has always been one of my passions, and i have grown to love working with recycled materials and found objects whenever possible. even though i'm self-taught, i hold 13 certifications for different welding techniques. most of my work is commissioned pieces for galleries, restaurants, and individual clients looking for something unique, and i enjoy working closely with my clients to create new and imaginative works of art! my metal studio, located on a small farm tucked just outside of baltimore, is the source of much of my creative inspiration. every piece is crafted with care and the highest quality.
